Check-in time is 4 pm or later, and check-out is no later than 11 am.  If you'd like to check-in earlier or check out later please let me know and we may be able to accommodate you based on our current booking schedule.

In order to get into the cabin, there is a lock box on the front porch next to the door with a key inside. The code to the box is contained in an email you received after you remitted final payment. You will need this code to get in.  If you don't have it, just give me a call at 1-855-VMLodge and I'll get it to you. If you are arriving after dark, it's best to have a flashlight in the car.

Per the rental agreement, only the number of guests agreed to in the booking confirmation may stay overnight at the property.  Guests in addition to those reserved at the time of booking will be charged at a rate of $25 per person, per night unless we are notified of the number of additional people and the appropriate funds are remitted prior to your arrival.

Are you bringing your pets?  Please be aware that there is an additional fee of $50/pet if we are notified at the time of booking.  We understand that things change, and if you decide to bring pets with you after booking please be certain to let us know prior to your arrival. If evidence of pets is found inside VML during or after your stay without prior notification a portion of your security deposit may be forfeited.
